We are here to offer a different set of options to a new class of tourist in Nicaragua. Some of you will come here because of the nice, reasonable-priced facilities we offer. Others will come here because you love Nicaragua. We hope we can convert some of you in the first group into Nicaragua lovers.
Current Nicaraguan tourism can be divided into traditional categories such as young backpackers, guided tours, people seeking a warm escape from their home in the winter and such. We didn't want to just be another standard option for two reasons:
- We wanted to offer something different for people coming to Nicaragua
- We didn't just want to steal clients from other tourist operations
We quickly identified two groups of people that could become new tourists for Nicaragua. One group are those that travel but have never considered Nicaragua because they feel it is too hot, two primitive or just downright uninteresting. The second group are people that could benefit from an extended escape from their current environment. While we certainly have a lot to offer the first group, this second group was the primary reason we decided to create the facility.
Extended Escape
Who are these people that can benefit from an extended escape? The initial inspiration was that a computer software developer will look for an escape from regular interruptions to concentrate on their work. Book authors quickly were identified as someone who would seek the same.
We decided that if we could offer a private space with full service (meals, maid, and so forth) at a price lower than someone might be paying for rent alone, we could attract month-to-month guests. After running the numbers, we concluded this was possible. Thus, the idea of cabina rentals was born.
Nicaragua Retreats
For people that have travel in mind but have never considered Nicaragua, we also feel we have a lot to offer. Whether it is for individuals or group retreats, we can offer a combination of contemporary facilities with modern conveniences located in a comfortably cool environment far from city noise and pollution.
