At around 1300m we can grow coffee. Our coffee is Arabian coffee (Coffea arabica) which grows best in shade. We have coffee bushes scattered amongst trees and banana plants. The highest quality coffee is produced under these growing condtions. To make it perfect, it is grown organically...
Visitors are able to see the fruit pulping machine in action and the washing of the seeds that are first left for a day for flavor and aroma enhancement before they are dried and the remaining skin removed. The coffee beans are then finally roasted and packed.
Our 2007-8 crop was minimal but we are serious about offering you a good cup of coffee when you are visiting and the chance to buy some to take home.
