Citrus
While most people are familiar with oranges, lemons and limes, things are a bit different here. First, there are two types of oranges: sweet, what you traditionally expect; and sour, sour like a lemon but with a flavor of orange. Lemons (limons, in Spanish) also come in two types: sweet and sour.
Sweet lemons can be used to make lemonaid without the addition of sugar. Even with a bit of sugar added, it is refreshing change from lemonaid made with sour lemons and gobs of refined sugar.
As for limes, the closest we get are what are called limon indio. They are small, sour lemons.
