CoolTop Eco-Resort

CoolTop is a big, creative project. The following participants have been in charge of organization and management of the project. There are many more people working with us and we intend to add information about them as well.

	Phil is a combination long-term computer professional, magazine publisher and all-around technical guy. In addition, he is an environmentalist who decided Nicaragua was the place to build a socially-responsible business.
	Gixia is an agronomist from Nicaragua. Her education (Earth University in Costa Rica) and knowledge set the direction for environment-friendly sustainable development.
	Willy is a sustainable entrepreneur who has been involved with CoolTop since its inception. Willy is involved to some extent in most aspects of the project from concepts to implementation, and gets to experience the results firsthand since he also lives at CoolTop.
	Carl is a long-time computer programmer, now in Information Technology at a major university in Oregon. An environmentalist, organic farmer, vegetarian and eco-friendly developer, Carl is in love with Nicaragua and can't wait to retire there. An associate of Phil's since his Costa Rica days, Carl has been instrumental in the CoolTop development process.
	Lester is our on-site supervisor. That means everyone working on construction works for him and he has the responsibility to make sure they have what they need to get their job done.
