Farm
The CoolTop facility includes what we are calling a farm but it is so much more. It includes native crops (coffee, mangos, guava, oranges, lemons), an experimental crop area, a mushroom production facility, tilapia farm and fruit leather production facility. Everything is done organically and in a sustainable manner.
We are proud of what we are doing and encourage you to look around. You can visit on foot or rent a horse to get you around.
