Main Building
The main building for the facility consists of a 4000 sq. ft. area consisting of a restaurant, bar, conference facility and business center. Upstairs in that building is another 2000 sq. ft. which is space for five hotel rooms with views to the west.
Construction started on the building in October 2008. This is what we have as of the first of November.
The building in the background is the utility building. It is where the water system and various electrical systems are located. The blue box is the backup generator.
As of the beginning of December, the downstairs columns and walls are complete. This view is from the side that faces the view. This whole side has a patio area. The walls on the right are for the conference center. The open area on the left will be part of the dining area.
We expect to complete construction on the main building in April 2009.
