For people in the U.S., Thanksgiving is a special 4-day weekend. First, you overeat, then you go to the mall for the most crowded shopping day of the year. Also, for many, the weather will be misearable.

If you are from the U.S. but will be in Nicaragua over the Fourth of July weekend, why not spend it at CoolTop with some other folks from the U.S.? We may not have fireworks (not the best thing in the reserve) but maybe one of the volcanos will erupt. They are not nearby but you can see them from the restaurant or from your private room.

The main building for the facility consists of a 4000 sq. ft. area consisting of a restaurant, bar, conference facility and business center. Upstairs in that building is another 2000 sq. ft. which is space for five hotel rooms with views to the west.

Construction started on the building in October 2008. This is what we have as of the first of November.

If you are planning an event, give us the details and we will get back to you with a quote for our services. We can handle anything from a two-hour lunch meeting to a multi-day conference. We can also arrange transportation to and from the facility for your attendees.
