We are here to offer a different set of options to a new class of tourist in Nicaragua. Some of you will come here because of the nice, reasonable-priced facilities we offer. Others will come here because you love Nicaragua. We hope we can convert some of you in the first group into Nicaragua lovers.
Facility
This section is about the CoolTop facility. The land, the location, how to find us and a bit of generic information on what we offer. Details of the various parts then have their own sections. They are:

HOTEL
Upstairs in the main building are five first-class hotel rooms. They are situated to offer an expansive view that includes parts of Nicaragua, Honduras and on a very clear day, El Salvador.
Two rooms include balconies so you can take full advantage of the view from your own private outside area.
