Crops
All of our farm crops will be organically grown. What we don't want to do is compete with the organic farmers of our neighbor La Garnacha. Thus, we are calling our farming efforts an "experimental farm". What that means is that if a crop that can be grown in Tisey is available locally, we will buy and use it. On the other hand, we want to develop new crops that can be grown in the area.
CoolTop Restaurant & Jill's Bar
On the ground floor of the main building you will find the restaurant and bar. It is designed with a modern kitchen and ample seating space to comfortably serve over 100 guests. Besides regular meal facilities, the restaurant is capable of meeting the requirements of parties and events including 15 años, birthdays and weddings.
